Returns & Refunds

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.

  • Process: We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Items missing original packaging, warranty cards, or accessories (e.g., extra straps, chargers).

  • Customized or engraved watches.

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted products).

How to Return a Product

Refund Details

  • Bank Transfers (Pakistan): For payments made via local bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa, refunds will be processed to your provided account.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
